RZ Series combined-type air dryer
Principle of combined-type air dryer
Combined type dryer adopts the latest developed technical process, which is different from simple combination of
refrigerated dryer and adsorption dryer.
Compressed air firstly makes heat exchange with dried low-temperature compressed air in heat exchanger to reduce
temperature then flows to evaportator for further cooling to about 2°C. At this point, most of moisture inside compressed
air has been removed. Then compressed flow into adsorption tower for further drying. At the end, low-temperature dry
compressed air enters exchangr for cooling high temperature&moisture air and have its own temperature heated up, so
as to prevent the external wall of compressed air delivery piping from dew condensation. A small part of the heated
compressed air is used as regenerating gas of adsorbent for improving efficiency, reducing power consumption and meet
the low dewpoint(-70°C~-80°C)requirement.
